Cottonwood Village Antiques is 5,000 square feet of quality antiques. North Georgia natives, Heavenly and Shawn Littleton, along with 15 other fine antique collectors, have searched the South for rare and unique antiques. Hidden inside is an antique bargain hunters dream including exquisite furniture, collectible porcelain, folk and fine art, fine vintage linens, romantic Victorian decor, and Appalachian collectibles.
Littleton Arms and Antiques is the dream of owner, Shawn Littleton. With a BA in History and over 10 years experience in the firearms business, he is one of the most knowledgeable historical firearms dealers in the South. Currently in stock are several highly collectible black powder short and long firearms, with inventory soon to explode with the pending approval of his federal license. Littleton Arms and Antiques also specialize in militaria and sporting collectibles.
The Country Store @ Cottonwood Village takes you back to a time gone by with friendly personalized service and all locally homemade products. Upon entering, you are immediately refreshed by the smell of the all natural, handmade herbal soaps and lotions made by Kate and Bruce Rodgers in their store in Sautee-Nacoochee. Your nose then leads you to the wonderful collection of highly scented homemade soy candles made by Joellen and Mike Fisher in their home in Douglasville. Next you will find a delectable assortment of homemade, preservative-free, food color-free, Just Like Your Grandma Made jams, jellies, vegetables and relishes by Jill and Steve Phillips. One sample and you will be hooked! Close by you will find the flavorful fresh dried organic herbs, tea and spices lovingly grown by Steve and Connie Hartley in their garden in Cleveland. Equally important is the local Sourwood and Wildflower honey produced by Berry White of Gainesville. This honey is not only delicious but is recommended to prevent allergies from local pollens if used daily in the Spring and the Fall. The store also carries the full line of Nora Mill Granary products, specializing in fresh, stone-ground cornmeal, grits and other whole grains from their family run mill in Helen since 1876. In addition, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with an old fashioned candy, pick up your fresh veggies for dinner and a bag of boiled peanuts for a snack.
